Costs: The Association requests that fuel is paid at $1.00 per mile plus $50.00 per day for the Driver. We will need two motel rooms down, back and while there. We would need two rooms each day as another couple comes along to assist. We keep the trailer open from roughly 9 am to 5 pm. It’s nice to have electricity available to use the lights in the trailer. We need roughly 70 feet to park it on grass as we can set up our tent.
